Every introvert knows that dreadful feeling when the professor puts up the PowerPoint slide and there it is, written in a bold, unforgiving font that seals a collective doom: 30% - Final Group Project.

The room goes quiet. Some students immediately scan for friends. Others stare at the screen like it just announced a surprise exam. And then there are the ones who already know, with a sinking certainty, that they will end up doing most of the work while someone else takes credit for it.

Group projects are supposed to teach collaboration, communication, and teamwork. In theory, that sounds reasonable. In practice, they often turn into a test of patience and damage control.
